Remington 700 Model Milspec 5R with a 24-inch stainless steel, heavy contour barrel featuring 5-R
tactical rifling. The same hammer-forged
barrel used on M-24 sniper rifles. The barrel has a 11.25-inch twist rate, with
five lands & grooves and a
110 target-style crown. All bedded into
a well-designed H-S Precision stock for enhanced stability and shot-to-shot
consistency. Fitted with a Remington X-
Mark Pro externally adjustable trigger currently set at 3.1 pounds; designed to
"break-like- glass" when set at 3.5 pounds from the factory. A screw in the trigger allows the user to
adjust the weight within a 2-pound range.
This rifle delivers surgical-like accuracy. Fitted with an incredibly precise Leupold
